The Silarius Gateway V2 is the industrial-grade way to bring large and demanding sites onto Silarius Cloud. Plug it into the network, and it finds your ONVIF cameras and sensors, encrypts their video and events, and sends them to Silarius Cloud over one secure outbound connection. No port forwarding, no public IP, no VPN.
Built for large and complex deployments, V2 connects up to 200 cameras*, cuts bandwidth by up to 80% so even 4K cameras run on weak connections such as mobile surveillance trailers, and keeps recording to its own SSD when the internet drops. Built-in 4G LTE with GPS, dual Gigabit Ethernet with automatic failover, an integrated router and a 6 TOPS edge-AI processor make it a complete site-to-cloud appliance in one box.
Why Silarius Gateway V2
-
Up to 200 cameras* per gateway, for large sites and multi-building campuses.
-
Up to 80% less bandwidth, so high-resolution and 4K cameras work even on limited or cellular connections.
-
Built-in 4G LTE with GPS for connectivity backup and live location of trailers, vehicles and remote assets.
-
Video stays safe when the connection drops: onboard SSD storage (2TB) keeps video available until the cloud link is back.
-
Dual Gigabit Ethernet with automatic failover for high availability and mission-critical deployments.
-
Integrated router: less hardware and less on-site network setup.
-
Edge AI: dedicated 6 TOPS NPU accelerator for on-site AI processing.
-
Health dashboard: real-time system health so problems are caught before they become downtime.
-
Scales with you: add sites and gateways without reworking your infrastructure.
Everything the Silarius Gateway does
-
Plug and play PUSH technology: add the Gateway to your network and it auto-discovers cameras and IoT devices and adds them to Silarius Cloud.
-
End-to-end encryption of video and metadata for the highest security and privacy.
-
Automatic site-to-cloud connection over secure HTTPS (port 443), even when your ISP changes your IP address.
-
Connect devices by IP, MAC or URL, or let automatic ONVIF discovery find them.
-
Programmable I/O (GPIO with high/low level switching, RS232 and RS485) for relays, sirens, lights and sensors.
-
Webhook triggers and Webhook API for automation and integration with other systems, with no extra smart devices.
-
Camera status alerts for proactive maintenance.
-
Built-in web interface for simple local management.
-
Over-the-air firmware updates keep the Gateway current with the latest features and security fixes.
-
One cloud dashboard for battery and energy, LTE and Wi-Fi signal, GPS location, alarms and sensors, history and alerts.

*Camera capacity depends on resolution, frame rate, bit rate, analytics workload and network conditions. Tell us about your site and Silarius will confirm the right gateway for you.
Setup in minutes
The Gateway comes with its software pre-installed and starts discovering cameras about 2 minutes after it is powered on. It only needs a stable internet connection and to be on the same local network as the cameras. Cameras are added with one click, and each gets a registration code to finish adding it in Silarius Cloud. With cameras already installed, a technician is typically in and out in 15 to 20 minutes.
The Gateway is optional: it is not required to use Silarius Cloud, but it is the fastest and safest way to connect many cameras at once. Silarius X cameras connect straight to the cloud with no gateway.
