RAX70-100NAS
The Nighthawk AX12 AX11000 Wireless Tri-Band Gigabit Router from Netgear is an ideal solution for solving the problem of Wi-Fi congestion and interference, while providing up to 10 Gb/s of combined transfer speeds. Whether you're dealing with many devices in your home, or the signals from surrounding neighbors, this Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) router uses one 2.4 GHz and two 5 GHz bands to offer 12 (8 x 5 GHz / 4 x 2.4 GHz) individual Wi-Fi streams.
With OFDMA technology, these streams can be further split to offer simultaneous data transmission for up to 8 devices. The AX12 also offers MU-MIMO support with up to four 2x2 simultaneous device streams. To help provide a strong and reliable signal, Netgear incorporates four high-performance antennas into each of the Nighthawk's upswept wings. Wired devices can also enjoy fast speeds with five built-in gigabit ports and a single 2.5 Gb/s multi-gig port.
All of this speed and simultaneous data streaming is meant to offer you the ability to enjoy 4K video streaming, fast downloads, and low latency online and VR gaming across multiple devices in your home simultaneously. Additional features include two USB 3.0 ports for optional network storage and file access, Smart Connect automatic device setup, voice command support via Alexa or Google Assistant, and more.
Backwards Compatibility
The Nighthawk AX12 is compatible with all of your existing Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac) and earlier wireless devices for access to the network, internet, and attached storage devices.
Quad-Core Processor
A powerful 64-bit 1.8 GHz quad-core processor is built into the Nighthawk AX12 to help power and manage the data traffic and simultaneous device connections.
Nighthawk App
The Nighthawk app lets you use your mobile device to access the AX12 for remote network management. You can pause internet connections per device, run a speed test, adjust parental controls, manage guest networks, and much more.

Smart Connect
Smart Connects allows the AX12 to intelligently and automatically select the fastest Wi-Fi band for each connected device, giving you the convenience of having a single Wi-Fi network name for the entire house.
Multi-Gig Port & Link Aggregation
The Nighthawk AX12 offers you a single multi-gig port that offers up to 2.5 Gb/s of transfer speeds to a supported device, such as a switch or cable modem. The other five Ethernet ports support Gigabit speeds, and two of them can be connected via link aggregation to increase transfer speeds.
Beamforming
Beamforming helps to increase network speed, reliability, and range by actively focusing signals directly at Wi-Fi devices. The AX12 supports beamforming on the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands.
