Cleerline SSF-VFL-100 Visual Fault Locator for SC / 2.5mm
The Cleerline 2.5mm Visual Fault Locator includes a 650nm visual fault locator (VFL) for the verification of cables and connectors using visible light. The VFL features a 2.5mm ferrule for direct compatibility with SC, ST and FC connectors. An optional adapter can be used to adapt to 1.25mm LC connectors. VFLs are essential for tracing fiber cable paths, checking optical continuity and verifying proper connector termination. They detect fiber breaks, fiber leaks, stress points and faulty connectors.
